It’s a lot of heavy lifting and outdoor work, so we aren't always looking our best, but the work gets done. Ranasthali is a nice place to be based, and we know most of the people who live and work around Palakonda Road. We don't spend much time in an office; we are usually out where the stones are kept. People stop by to see the different types we have, and we just give them a fair price and tell them how it is. There’s no sales pitch or anything like that. We just show you what we’ve got in stock. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business. We’ve been doing this for years and plan to keep at it, just taking things one day at a time and helping out the locals.
