Gandhi Granites

Our place is on the Main Road, right near the Mamta Nursing Home. Being at Plot No. 5-12 gives us a decent amount of room for all the granite we keep in stock. Narsannapeta is a busy place, and being on the main road means we see a lot of people passing through every single day. Gandhi Granites is basically a family-run kind of thing. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation with fancy slogans. We just focus on the slabs and getting them loaded onto the trucks correctly. It can be quite a struggle when the traffic gets heavy outside on the road. We often have to coordinate with the truck drivers to make sure they can pull in safely without blocking the whole road for everyone else. Inside the yard, things are a bit more controlled. We spend our hours measuring, checking for any cracks, and talking to people about their projects. Some people want stone for their floors, others for counters. We just show them what we have on the racks. It's simple English and simple deals here. No one in the yard wears a suit. We are usually in work clothes covered in a bit of stone dust. That's just how it is when you work with granite all day. We’ve been here for a while and most of the locals know where to find us. It’s not a fancy life, but it is a good one. We just keep doing what we do and try to stay busy.
