If you find yourself wandering around Western Avenue in South Delhi, you might pass by our spot at W-11/4 in Sainik Farms. That is where Poppy Farms Llp is based. It’s an area that has its own rhythm, away from the heavy noise of the main markets. We’ve been here long enough that the surroundings feel like home. There is always a lot of small stuff to take care of throughout the week, and we just keep our heads down and handle it. We don't have a lot of people working here, just a small group that knows the routine. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks and some files and the sound of the fan humming in the corner. Most of our time is spent making sure the logs are right and the equipment is where it should be. Sometimes it gets quite dusty around here, especially when the wind picks up, so cleaning is a never-ending job. We don’t spend money on big signs or anything. People who need us usually know where we are. It’s just honest work in a part of Delhi that still feels a bit like the old days. We like the pace here. It’s steady. We don't try to rush through things because that’s how mistakes happen. We just take it one day at a time, keeping things running as smoothly as we can.
