Farmlocal Farming Private Limited

You can find us at 98, Okhla Industrial Estate Phase-III. It’s an industrial area, so it’s pretty loud and active all day long. We chose this spot for Farmlocal Farming Private Limited because it’s central and lets us handle the logistics of what we do. It’s not a farm itself, obviously, since we’re in the middle of a concrete zone, but this is the brain of the operation. We handle the planning and the farming business side of things from this office. The space is mostly filled with desks and files. We’re not the type of company that has a reception desk with flowers. Usually, there’s just someone sitting near the door to say hello. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at maps. Delhi can be a tough place to run a business, especially with the heat in the summer, but we make it work. We’ve been at this for a bit now. Every morning starts with a lot of noise from the neighboring units, which keeps us awake and moving. It feels right being in an industrial estate because it reminds us that work is about getting your hands dirty, even if we're just handling the administration side here. We keep our heads down and try to do right by the people we work with. It is just our way of keeping things simple and local in the big city.
