Royalgrain Overseas Private Limited is at House No. 29, on the third floor, right side, in Hauz Rani. This is part of Malviya Nagar in New Delhi. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of a climb every day, but it’s good exercise. The right-side office is where we handle all our overseas grain business. Hauz Rani is a very dense area, very traditional and busy. There is a lot of noise from the streets, but we are used to it. Our office is just a regular room with some desks and chairs. We don't have any fancy signs or lobby areas. We focus on grain trading and making sure the exports are handled. It’s a lot of coordination between the suppliers and the shipping agents. We spend most of our time on the phone or on the computer. It's not a fancy life, but it's what we do. Malviya Nagar is a great place to be because everything is close by. We’ve been here for a while and the locals know us. We aren't a big corporation with thousands of employees. It's just a few of us making sure the grain gets to where it’s supposed to go. We keep things simple and practical. Some days are stressful when there are delays, but mostly we just get through the work bit by bit. That is how we operate. We just stay focused on the task at hand.
