You can find Idiosyncrasy Farming Private Limited over in Okhla Industrial Estate. We are in Phase-III, at number 98. If you have ever been to Okhla, you know it is all about factories and big trucks. It is a very industrial vibe, not much greenery around for a company that has farming in its name. But this is where the logistics happen. We have an office space that is pretty straightforward. No fancy decorations or modern art on the walls. Just desks, chairs, and some stacks of papers that need to be filed. The street outside is always noisy with the sound of machinery and vehicles moving in and out of the estate. It can get a bit overwhelming if you aren't used to it. We deal with the business side of farming from here. It involves a lot of planning and making sure things are moving between the farms and the buyers. Sometimes it feels a bit strange to be talking about soil and crops while looking out at a concrete industrial park, but it works for us. We are just a small team trying to stay organized. We drink a lot of chai and spend a lot of time on our laptops. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we do. The power goes out once in a while, which is annoying, but we just wait it out and get back to work. We don't do anything special, just keep the business running.
