Parikalp Farming Private Limited shares the office at Q-8, Second Floor in Hauz Khas Enclave. It is a regular setup where we focus on farming projects. We aren't out in the fields every day; instead, we handle the planning and the business side of things from here. The office is usually quiet, except for the sound of the fans and the occasional phone ringing. We have a lot of maps and charts pinned to the walls. It is just a practical space for us to work. We don't spend money on fancy furniture or decorations. Most of our day is spent communicating with people who are actually growing the crops. We listen to their problems and try to find ways to help out with the resources we have. Hauz Khas is a good place to be because it’s central, but we don't really go out much during the workday. We bring our lunch and eat at the desks. It is just a small group of people trying to make a living in the farming sector. Sometimes the internet goes out and we have to wait around, which is annoying. But usually, we just plow through the work. We don't really do much marketing. If people need farming help, they usually find us through word of mouth. It’s just how things work for us here.
