You’ll find us on the second floor over in New Friends Colony. It’s a decent area, quite different from the busier parts of Okhla. We’ve been set up here at B-467 for a bit. The stairs are okay, but there's no lift, so we get our exercise. We handle a lot of frozen stuff, so it's always cold in certain parts of the building. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. Usually, you’ll just find one of us working near the back. The space is filled with equipment and boxes. We try to keep it tidy, but work gets messy. It’s South Delhi, but it’s the hardworking side of it. We spend a lot of time checking temperatures and making sure everything is running right. The neighborhood is fairly quiet during the day. Sometimes we grab lunch from the local spots around the corner. We aren't a big corporation. We're just a group of people making sure the food stays cold and moves on time. It’s a lot of physical work, honestly. We don't sit behind desks all day. If you drop by, you'll probably see us moving crates. It’s steady work. We like being in this part of town because it’s easy to get to other places. It’s just our daily life here. We wear thick jackets even when it’s scorching outside. It’s a strange way to live, but we are used to it by now.
