Teamlease

Teamlease is situated right in Munirka Village at Cb 253. If you’ve ever walked through the lanes of Munirka, you know it’s a place that never really sleeps. Our office is right in the thick of it. It’s a bit of a maze getting here, but we like the energy of the village. The building itself is older, and we occupy a space that’s seen a lot of use over the years. We do a lot of our work on computers, but there’s still a fair amount of paper being shuffled around. The noise from the street—scooters, vendors, people talking—is just the background music to our day. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you just walk in and find someone at a desk who can help you out. It gets pretty crowded when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Living and working in New Delhi 110067 means you get used to tight spaces and a lot of movement. We take our breaks at the little stalls nearby for a quick snack or a chai. It’s a very grounded way to work. No one here puts on airs. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to finish before the evening rush becomes too much to handle.
