You can find this branch of Adecco India Limited in Palam, New Delhi. We are located at Rzh-731 in Raj Nagar-2, specifically down Gali Number 14. It is a very local neighborhood, not like those big business districts you see in movies. Our office is a bit small and can get pretty crowded on Monday mornings when everyone is coming in to check on job openings. We spend most of our time looking over applications and talking to folks who are looking for work. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, but that is the nature of the job. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, one of us just looks up from our desk when you walk in. We use simple English and try to keep things clear for everyone. We know the local area well and try to help people find something that isn't too far of a commute. Sometimes the files get a bit messy or we run out of printer ink, but we just keep things moving. We aren't trying to be the biggest office in Delhi, just a reliable one for the people around Palam. We handle the hiring and the payroll stuff without making a big production out of it. It’s just regular work for regular people, and we like it that way. No corporate slogans here, just desks and chairs and jobs for people who need them.
