Genesis Manpower Group

Down in Mohammadpur at number 139, you will find our small office for Genesis Manpower Group. It is a simple place, nothing too flashy. We have been here for a bit, and the locals mostly know who we are. We spend the day talking to workers and trying to figure out who needs to go where. It is a lot of logistics and keeping track of names and dates. Sometimes it feels like we are just chasing our tails with all the phone calls, but that is just the nature of the business. We don't use any fancy software or anything; a lot of it is just written down or kept in basic files. The office can get a bit dusty because of the road outside, but we keep it tidy enough. There is a small tea stall just a few steps away where we get our morning chai. It is the best part of the day, honestly. We do not have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just try to make sure people get their work and the clients get their staff. It is a practical business. Some days are long, and we end up staying until the streetlights come on.
