Our office is located in Chanakyapuri inside Chanakya Bawan. It is a very quiet part of the city compared to other places. There are lots of trees and the roads are wide. We spend our time working on placements for people who were in the navy. It’s a specific kind of job and we take it one day at a time. The building itself is quite solid and has that old government feel to it. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Most people find us because they know where Chanakya Bawan is. Inside the office, it is pretty organized. We have our files and our computers, and we just go through the list of names. It is a peaceful place to work. Sometimes we see some interesting people coming through. We don’t use any complicated systems, just regular records. The air conditioning works most of the time which is good during the summer. We have a small staff and everyone has their own way of doing things. It’s not a high-pressure environment like those big private firms. We just focus on what needs to be done. If you are walking around Chanakyapuri, you will notice how different it is from the rest of Delhi. We appreciate the calm here while we handle the daily tasks. It’s a steady routine for all of us at the agency.
