Recruitment Firm

We are tucked away in Dwarka at the SPG Complex in Sector 8. Specifically, we’re at Quarter Number 700, Type-III. It’s a bit different working out of a government complex like this compared to a regular commercial hub. The security at the gate is strict, so it feels very safe and quiet around here. Being a recruitment firm in this kind of setting means our days are mostly spent on the phone or reading through resumes. We don't have a big sign outside or anything. It’s a very residential vibe. The trees around the complex make it nice during the summer. We keep things pretty straightforward. There are no marble floors or glass partitions here. Just some good chairs and desks where we do the hiring work. We’ve been based in Dwarka for a while now and we like the layout of the sector. It’s easy to get to the metro if you need to. Our team is small and we know each other well. We don't go for big corporate speeches. We just look at who needs a job and who is hiring. It's a lot of paperwork and follow-ups. Some days are slower than others. We take our lunch breaks together and talk about things other than work. It feels more like a small family business than a big firm. That’s just how we like it. We focus on the people we are trying to help every single day.
