Print Valley

You can find us at A 83, Shiv Enclave. We’re right opposite the Udasin Ashram on Nangloi Road in Najafgarh. If you see the Ashram, you can’t miss us. The shop is usually full of the sound of printers running. There’s a constant smell of fresh ink and paper dust. We’ve got stacks of paper everywhere—different sizes, different colors. It’s a busy little place. People from the neighborhood come in all day for different things. Sometimes it’s just one page, other times it’s boxes of stuff. We try to keep up, but sometimes the machines have a mind of their own and jam up right when we’re in a hurry. We don’t have a big team, just a couple of us managing the counter and the machines. It’s a lot of standing and moving around. We’ve been in Najafgarh for a bit now and we know a lot of the regulars. It’s a loud area with all the traffic on Nangloi Road, but inside we just focus on the print jobs. We don’t do anything fancy with the decor, just some shelves and the equipment. It’s a simple business. We open early and stay until the work is done. It’s honest work, even if our hands are usually stained with ink by the time we go home. We just keep the rollers turning and the paper moving through.
