Our company, Deeps Tools Pvt. Ltd., is based at B2/93 in Safdarjung Enclave. If you know New Delhi, you know this is a pretty well-known area. We’ve been here for quite a while, and the neighborhood has seen a lot of changes over the years. We mostly deal with different kinds of tools and industrial supplies. Our office isn’t huge, but it’s enough for what we need to do. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and customers. It’s not a flashy business, but it’s an important one for the people who rely on us. We don’t have a lot of fancy marketing materials. Most of our customers come to us because they’ve heard about us from someone else or they’ve been dealing with us for years. We try to keep things simple and honest. Safdarjung Enclave is a nice place to work, even with the parking being a bit of a headache sometimes. We’re just a regular group of people trying to run a solid business.
