Our office is located at House No 3 on San Martin Road. It sits right in the New Railway Officers Enclave area of Chanakyapuri. It is a nice enough neighborhood and a bit greener than other parts of New Delhi. We have been here for a while doing manpower work. That basically means we spend all day looking at resumes and talking to people who need jobs. It is a lot of paperwork and matching names to the right spots. The office itself is just a regular house that we converted. It still feels like a home in some ways. We have some desks pushed against the walls and a lot of chairs for people who come in for interviews. Sometimes the lobby gets really crowded and we have to ask people to wait outside. It is not a perfect system but we make it work. Our team is small and we all know each other well. We do not use any big corporate talk or fancy titles. We just do what needs to be done. Chanakyapuri is 110021, and it is a good place to be based. We get people coming from all over the city. Sometimes we stay late to finish up the files for the next day. It is just steady work and we try to keep things honest. We are not some huge firm, just a local group working hard.
