Our Kelly Services office is located at F-190 on the second floor in Lado Sarai. We are right near the Hanuman Mandir, which is a very easy landmark to find. Lado Sarai is an interesting area because it feels like a mix of an old village and a newer business district. The building we are in is quite plain. You have to walk up a couple of flights of stairs to reach us. It’s not a shiny corporate office. Inside, it’s just a simple setup with a few cabins and an open space where the recruiters sit. We spend our days looking through resumes and talking to people who are looking for work. From our windows, we can see the street and the temple nearby. It gets especially crowded on Tuesdays when people come to the mandir. We have a small corner where we can make tea or heat up our food. It’s a very practical and no-nonsense workspace. We don’t have a massive sign on the building, just a small nameplate on our door. The area around us has plenty of small tea shops and places to get documents printed. We often go out for a short walk to get away from the screens for a bit. The office can feel a little cramped when we have lots of people in for interviews at once. We just work with the space we have. It’s a simple operation and we just try to get things done.
