Jobs Aspire

We are based over at 6, Basant Gaon, right near Vasant Vihar in New Delhi. It’s a busy little pocket of the city. At Jobs Aspire, our day usually starts with a lot of tea and even more emails. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular space with some desks and a printer that jams way too often. Since we are so close to Vasant Vihar, the noise from the street is pretty much constant, but you get used to it after a week or two. We spend most of our hours looking at screens or talking on the phone with people. It’s mostly just hard work and staying organized. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, so we just wait it out. The neighborhood has changed a lot over the years, but we’ve stayed put. It’s a practical spot for what we do. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist, so if someone walks in, one of us just looks up from our desk to say hello. It feels like a real place, not some shiny corporate building you see on TV. We handle the paperwork, take our lunch breaks when we can, and try to get everything finished before the sun goes down. It’s a simple way of working, really. Just us in this small office, doing what needs to get done every single day without making a big fuss about it.
