Our office is at F7 in Katwaria Sarai, which is part of the Hauz Khas area in New Delhi. It’s a busy little pocket of the city. We do HR consulting, which basically means we spend our whole day talking to people and looking at piles of paper. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space with some desks, a couple of filing cabinets, and a phone that never seems to stop ringing. Katwaria Sarai is a tight-knit place with lots of small businesses and students around. We see a lot of different faces coming through the door looking for advice on management or jobs. It can get a bit cramped when we have meetings, but we make it work. The 110016 area is pretty well connected, so getting here isn't too hard for most people. We don't have a fancy receptionist or a coffee machine that does lattes; we just have a kettle and some biscuits. Most of our work is about figuring out how to fix problems for other companies. It’s a lot of logic and sorting out human issues. We’ve been at this spot for a good while now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy to worry about that. It’s just a normal office where we try to stay on top of the work and keep things moving.
