Hr Consulting is based in Clara Niwas Hostel, right beside Mother International School over in Kalu Sarai. It’s a busy part of New Delhi for sure. Being next to a school means it gets really noisy when the bells ring or when the kids are going home. You can hear the buses and the parents calling out. Kalu Sarai is full of students and young people anyway so there is always something going on. Our office isn't very large. It is tucked away inside the hostel building. We spend a lot of time on our phones and looking at papers. It can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of stuff to sort through but we make it work. The 110016 pin code area is easy to get to once you know where the school is. We usually grab lunch from one of the small stalls nearby. The food is spicy and cheap which suits us just fine. Some days are longer than others depending on how much work has piled up on the desks. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a uniform. It is just a door and some people working inside. We have been in this spot for a while now and we know the street pretty well. It feels okay being part of the local mix here. We don't really have a big sign out front, just the address on the door. It stays busy from morning until late.
