If you look for Hewitt Associates, you’ll find us at Rz-298 T/M in Raj Nagar - II, which is part of the Palam Colony area in New Delhi. This part of Delhi, 110045, has its own character. It’s a busy neighborhood and we are right in the middle of it. Our office isn't one of those glass towers you see in the movies. It’s a regular building where we do our daily work. We spend a lot of time on HR-related things and general associate work. It involves a lot of data, a lot of spreadsheets, and plenty of phone calls. The office can get a bit loud when everyone is on the phone at once. We don't have a big reception area with fancy lights. It’s just a place where people work hard. We usually grab lunch from one of the local spots nearby in Palam Colony. The commute can be a bit of a hassle depending on the traffic, but that’s just living in Delhi. We have been here for a while and have a rhythm to our days. We don't use any polished corporate language when we talk to each other. We just say things as they are. It’s a down-to-earth workplace where the focus is just on getting through the workload. We keep things simple and try to be honest about what we can get done in a day. It’s just how we operate.
