Our office is tucked away at B-79 in Indra Park Colony. If you know where the Sai Baba Mandir is on Main Najafgarh Road, we are right behind that. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, but our little corner is okay. Datamatics Staffing Services has been around for some time. We handle a lot of recruitment stuff from this building. It’s an old building, but it does the job. There's always someone coming or going. The traffic on Najafgarh Road can be a nightmare during rush hour, so we usually try to get in early. We aren't some giant corporation with hundreds of floors. It's just a regular office space where we sit and match people with companies. Sometimes the files get stacked a bit high on the desks. We try to keep things simple. No one here wears a suit unless they have to meet someone important. Mostly it’s just jeans and shirts. We have a small kitchen where we make tea. It’s a practical setup. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because it doesn't really matter for what we do. People find us by word of mouth or by looking for the temple nearby. It’s an honest way to make a living, helping people find their next paycheck. We just do the work and go home. It's a simple life.
