Quicksserv Realtors Llp is located in Fatorda, which is basically the entrance to Margao. We are in Shop Number 112 on the first floor of Lake Plaza. It is a busy commercial building right on the main road. Being in Fatorda means we are close to the stadium and all the traffic that comes with it. The first floor gets a lot of foot traffic from people visiting the different shops in the plaza. We handle various real estate services from this little shop. The space is small but we have managed to fit in everything we need to run the business. There is always a lot of chatter from the corridor and the sound of vehicles outside. We spend most of our time looking at property ads and talking to people about houses and land. The windows look out towards the road, so we see the rain coming down hard during the monsoon months. It gets quite stuffy in the afternoon, so the ceiling fan is always on at full speed. We have been in Lake Plaza for a while and know the other shop owners around here. It is a convenient spot for people to drop by. We don't have any big marketing slogans, we just do the work that comes our way. It is a simple life of managing properties and making sure the files are in the right place before we leave.
