Futado Real Estates

Furtado Real Estates is situated right in Varca, Goa. You can find us at F-11 in the Furtado Plaza building. It’s directly opposite the Varca Church, so we are very easy to locate. This part of Salcete is quite beautiful, and we’ve been working here for a long time. Our office isn’t anything fancy. It’s just a room with some desks, maps, and photos of properties. We deal with land and houses around the area. We don’t use a lot of sales talk or try to pressure anyone. People come in, sit down, and we talk about what they’re looking for. Usually, it’s locals or people wanting a quiet spot in Goa. The pace of life here is a bit slower than the big cities, and we like it that way. We know the land around here very well because we live here too. We’ve seen the village change over the years, but the church is still there across the street. We aren't a big international firm with hundreds of agents. It’s just us. We spend our days answering the phone and showing people around different sites. Sometimes the rain gets heavy and we just wait it out in the office. It’s a practical business. We don’t have a mission statement or anything like that. We just help people find a place to stay or invest in. That’s all there is to it. We just keep things moving along and stay open for anyone who walks by the church square.
