If you walk past the Municipal Garoaden in Vasco, you’ll probably see our sign. Sunny Bay Real Estate has been right here for a good bit now. It’s a nice spot because we can see the park across the way, which is better than looking at a brick wall all day. We deal with all sorts of property things, from small rentals to people wanting to sell their family homes. Vasco is a unique place, and the market here moves in its own way. We aren't some massive corporation with hundreds of agents. It’s just a few of us here trying to make sense of the local housing market. People stop by all the time, sometimes just to ask what the prices are doing lately. We don't mind. We keep our files organized, but it’s a working office, so there’s always stacks of paper and maps lying around. It gets busy on Monday mornings especially. We spend a lot of time out of the office too, showing houses or checking on sites, so we know the local streets really well. We don’t use any of those slick marketing tricks. We just tell people what we know and let them decide. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it seems to work for the folks around here. We’ve seen the town grow and change, and we’re just part of that daily life in Vasco. It’s honest work and keeps us busy.
