Nivas Properties

Nivas Properties is near the Verna Panchayat in Goa. Our office is small. We are part of the local community. People go to the Panchayat for paperwork. We see them every day. Our work is about local land and houses. We talk to the neighbors. Life is slower here. We don't have a fancy showroom. There are no glass walls. It is just a simple room. We have files and a couple of chairs. Sometimes we go out to see plots. It can be hard in the monsoon. Everything gets muddy and green. We know everyone in Verna. News travels fast. We don't do big ads. We don't try to sound like a big firm. We are just local people. We help others with their property. The office is quiet in the afternoon. We sit and wait for visitors. It is a grounded way to work. We like being in Verna. Sometimes we share a snack from the local bakery. There is a lot of history in this area. We enjoy hearing the stories about the old houses. It isn't just about selling. It is about the people who live here. We don't use much technology. We prefer talking face to face. It works better. Sometimes a stray dog comes and sits by the door. We don't mind. It’s a peaceful way to run a business.
