Sukthanker Real Estates

Our office, Sukthanker Real Estates, is located at Office No. 1 in Shanta Niwas. We are right in the Upper Bazar area, which is always full of people and noise. Being in Upper Bazar means we get to see a lot of what is happening in the town. Shanta Niwas is an old building, but it works well for us. We do not have any flashy screens or expensive furniture, just some desks, chairs, and a whole lot of files. We help people find apartments or maybe a small spot for a new shop if that is what they are looking for. The market around here moves fast, and a place that is empty today might be gone by tomorrow morning. We try our best to keep up with all the changes. It is mostly about listening to what people need and then seeing if we have anything on our list that fits. Sometimes we don't have anything, and we just tell them that. No use in making things up. We know most of the landlords and the people who have lived here for years. It involves a lot of talking and walking up and down the stairs to show people different rooms. Upper Bazar has a very specific feel to it, and we are just a small part of the daily life here. We like the routine of the work.
