Desai House is where we sit in Khadpabandh. It's an old spot in North Goa. Most people around here know the building. We've been doing this for a while now, just helping folks find a place to stay or sell off their plots. The office isn't fancy, just some desks and a lot of paperwork. Dealing with property in Goa can be a bit of a headache with all the rules, so we try to keep things straight. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to hear the birds outside. We know the local area really well because we live here too. If you're walking past Khadpabandh, you'll see our sign. It's nothing special, just Desai Real Estate. We spend most of our mornings checking on sites and the afternoons answering questions from neighbors or people moving in from out of town. It’s a lot of walking and talking. We aren't a big chain or anything. It's just us in the office trying to get things done right. Every day is different. One day it's a small rental and the next someone is asking about a big piece of land. We just take it as it comes. It's busy work but it keeps us connected to the community here.
