M/Saparant Iron & Steel Pvt. Ltd. (Dempo Group)

Our office is tucked away in Curchorem, South Goa. It’s actually located near the Ground View Apartment-II, specifically at Antony Qudras' place in Pontemol. Being part of the Dempo Group is good, but our daily life here is very much local. Iron and steel is what we do, and it’s heavy work. The weather in Goa can be quite humid, so the office is always a bit stuffy despite the fans. We aren't near the beaches or the tourist spots; this is the industrial side of the state. Curchorem is a quiet town compared to the north, but our yard gets quite noisy with all the activity. We have a lot of people coming in to talk about supplies and logistics. It’s not a polished corporate office with carpets. It’s more about dusty shoes and piles of invoices on the desks. We know the neighbors well, and most of us live nearby. It takes a lot of coordination to move steel around, and we spend hours on the phone with drivers and site managers. Sometimes the rain in the monsoon makes things difficult, but we manage. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks. It’s a basic operation where everyone knows their job. We’ve been here a while and plan to stay right where we are, just keeping things moving one day at a time without any big talk.
