Konkan Coast Recipes Private Limited

Our place is tucked away at the Sardesai estate in Davondem, right in the Fatorda area of Margao. It’s basically a bungalow where we’ve set things up to work on Konkan Coast Recipes. South Goa has a different pace, and we definitely feel that here. We aren't a big factory with conveyor belts. It’s more like a large home kitchen where we try out different ways to put together local recipes. The idea was to keep things simple and use what we have around us. Usually, there’s a lot of talk about spices and how much salt to put in. We don’t always agree on the first try, so there’s plenty of testing involved. It’s a small team, mostly just family and a few people from the neighborhood. We keep things tidy, but it's a working space, so there are always jars and notebooks lying around. We don’t really do the whole corporate thing with fancy offices. We’d rather be in the kitchen or out back checking on things. People in Margao know where the estate is, so finding us isn't too hard if you're looking. We just want to make stuff that tastes like home. It takes time to get the balance right, but we’re patient. That’s just how we do things here in Fatorda. It works for us and we just keep at it every day.
