Our place is at Gabriel Apartments in Margao. We're on Erasmo Carvalho Street, not far from the Canara Bank. It's a handy spot for us. We've been around for quite some time now. Mostly we handle food for family gatherings and things like that. It started small and just stayed that way. We like it like that. We do a lot of the traditional recipes. The kind of stuff you'd find at a home dinner. Nothing too fancy. We don't use those big industrial machines much. It's mostly manual work in the kitchen. Peeling, cutting, and slow cooking. You can hear the noise from the street sometimes while we work. Margao is always bustling. We have to be careful with the timings because of the parking near the bank. It can be a nightmare to load the van. We just get on with it though. Everyone in the apartment building knows us by now. The smell of the spices usually lets them know we're working. We take orders and try to keep everyone satisfied. No big marketing stuff here. Just honest food. It’s a family-run kind of thing. We take pride in what we put in the containers. Usually, it's the same faces coming back to us year after year. That makes the long hours worth it. We're just simple people doing our job in Margao. We don't need a lot of fuss to keep things going. It's just how we live and work.
