We are based out of Radha Niwas, specifically Flat 239 in the Belabhai area of Vasco Da Gama. It’s a residential spot, so it’s not like a big commercial kitchen you’d see in a movie. We do all our planning and a lot of the prep work right here. Being in Vasco means we are close to the markets, which helps when we need to grab fresh stuff for an order. We’ve been catering for local events for quite some time now. It’s mostly word of mouth that keeps us going. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Usually, someone eats our food at a friend’s house and then asks for our number. We handle everything from small family dinners to bigger gatherings. It’s a lot of coordination, making sure the food is ready and the transport is sorted. Sometimes the kitchen gets a bit cramped when we have a big job, but we’ve learned how to move around each other. It’s a family-run thing, and we take pride in just getting the job done. We aren’t trying to be the biggest in town, just reliable. When we aren't cooking, we are usually just cleaning up or checking our lists for the next day. It’s a busy life but we like it. The view from the balcony isn't much, but it's where we take our breaks and plan our next menu for the upcoming week.
