Brunet Caterers

We have been running Brunet Caterers for quite a while now. If you go right behind the church in Batora, Curtorim, you will find our setup. It isn't a fancy office or anything like that. It is mostly just us working in the kitchen, getting the spices ready and making sure the pots are clean for the next job. Salcette is a busy place but Batora has its own pace. Sometimes the deliveries get a bit hectic when we have a lot of orders on the same day, especially during the wedding season. We started doing this because we like food and people needed someone to cook for their parties. Our family helps out mostly. It gets hot in the kitchen, and there is always something to wash or chop. We don't spend much time on the computer or writing things down nicely, we just focus on the cooking part. You might see our van driving around the Salcette roads quite often. We know the roads here pretty well by now. Being near the church means we see a lot of people coming and going every day. It is just a regular local business trying to get things right for the neighbors and anyone else who asks. We don't have a big marketing team, just our hands and the ingredients we buy from the local market. It is hard work, but it keeps us busy and we like the routine of it all.
