Our office is on the ground floor of the Talaks PM Dias Residency. A good landmark for finding us is the Jackson Bar nearby; people usually know where that is. We do a mix of things here, from real estate to project management, so there are always different types of blueprints and plans on the tables. The ground floor location is nice because it stays a bit cooler than the upper levels. Borda has its own rhythm, with local buses passing by and kids going to school. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking on how things are moving along with different projects.
