We set up our office at C 41 in Pratap Market, which is over in Jangpura B. It is a well-known spot in this part of Delhi. The market is always full of energy and noise, and we are right there in the middle of it all. Our space is not huge, but it is certainly enough for what we do as consultants. We have a couple of rooms and a small back area where we keep all the files and supplies. It gets a bit crowded when we have more than a couple of visitors at the same time, but we manage to make it work. We are not big on decorations or fancy office art. There are some old calendars on the wall and a few plants that we honestly forget to water sometimes. The main thing is that Zakon Consultant Llp is here every day getting through the work that needs to be done. Jangpura is a nice area because it is easy for people to get to. We have people coming in from different parts of the city. The office always has a bit of a hum from the air conditioner and the computers running. We drink a lot of water because it gets so hot in the afternoons. Sometimes we step out into the market to clear our heads or grab a quick snack from a vendor. It is not a corporate skyscraper experience at all. It feels more like a real place that fits our daily rhythm perfectly.
