Wns Global Services is based at E Garden Extn in New Delhi. It is a busy spot, like most places in the city. We don’t have one of those shiny glass towers. Our office is more of a practical place where people actually get things done. The streets around E Garden Extn can be a bit of a scramble, especially during rush hour. We have a small crew here. Everyone knows each other, so it’s a bit like a small community inside the office. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls. Mostly it's just calendars and some notes pinned up. We deal with a lot of different things every day. It’s a lot of computer work and phone calls. Sometimes we order food from the local place around the corner when we are too busy to go out. Delhi weather is always a challenge, but we have some fans and a small AC unit to keep us from melting. We’ve been here at this location for a while. It works for us because it’s central enough for everyone to reach. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to handle our responsibilities and keep the wheels turning. If you come by, it’s just a normal workplace with people working hard. There’s no corporate polish here. It’s just us. We’ve been at this New Delhi address for years now.
