Wns Global Services

Wns Global Services operates out of Flat No 42 in the DDA Flats. It’s a bit of a modest setup for a service business, but it suits us just fine. Being in a DDA flat means we are right in the middle of a residential community. You won't find us in a massive office park with glass walls. Instead, we are in a regular building where people live and work side by side. We handle global services, which usually means we are busy on the computers or taking calls from different time zones. It can get pretty quiet in the flat when everyone is focused, or quite loud when the neighborhood is active outside. Flat No 42 has become our second home over the years. We have our desks crammed in, and we make do with the space we have. There’s a small kitchen area where we make tea, and the balcony gives us a bit of fresh air when we need a break. It’s a very human way to run a business. We don't have a fancy reception desk or a lobby. You just come to the door of the flat and knock. Most of our clients don't mind because they know we get the work done regardless of where we sit. It’s a simple life here in the flats, and we’ve gotten to know the people in the neighboring units pretty well. It’s a practical way to stay grounded.
