Wns Global Sercies Pvt Ltd is where I spend most of my time these days. We are up on the 3rd floor at Flat No.14. It’s right in New Delhi, specifically in the Saidulajab Extension area. If you know the Ignou Road, you know it gets really packed. We are near the Sabzi Mandi, so there is always a lot of shouting and the smell of fresh vegetables in the air. Climbing those stairs to the third floor keeps us fit, I guess. The office isn't huge but we make it work. It’s got that lived-in feel. Sometimes the power flickers when the market is really busy, but we just keep going. It’s funny being called a global service when we are sitting right next to a vegetable market. But that’s Delhi for you. You have these two worlds right next to each other. We drink a lot of chai from the guy downstairs. He knows our order by now. The windows let in a bit of the street noise, which can be distracting but it also makes you feel like you’re part of the neighborhood. We don’t have fancy carpets or anything. Just desks and some old chairs and a lot of papers. It’s a busy spot but we like it here in Saidulajab. It feels real. We get our work done regardless of the noise or the heat. Every day is just another day at the office for us.
