We are based over at E-151, Phase 3 in Masjid Moth, Greater Kailash. The name on the door is Wizcraft Intl Entertainment Pvt Ltd Greater Kaila, and we’ve been here for a while now. It’s a decent-sized office, but we’ve managed to fill every corner with something or other. Being in the entertainment business means we’ve always got posters, props, or old equipment lying around the rooms. It’s not a very formal environment at all. You’ll see people in jeans and t-shirts arguing about stage layouts or lighting rigs. We’ve been at this for a long time, so we know the neighborhood and the local vendors pretty well. The office gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so we have a few fans going to keep the air moving while we work. It’s a busy place with people always coming in and out for meetings or just to drop things off. We don't have a scripted greeting when you call; you just get whoever happens to be near the phone. There’s usually a pot of tea on the go and some biscuits if anyone remembered to buy them. We work hard because there’s always a deadline looming, but we try to keep things relaxed among ourselves. We aren't interested in looking like a big slick corporation. We just want to get the job done and move on to the next project. It’s a practical way of working that has served us well for years.
