We are located right above the Cafe Coffee Day in Greater Kailash Part 1, at M-37. It’s a good spot because everyone knows where the coffee shop is. Arham Matrimonial Solutions is basically just us helping families meet other families. It’s a lot of sitting down and talking to people about what they’re looking for in a partner. We see a lot of different stories and expectations every day. The office is usually filled with files and some old furniture. It isn’t a high-tech operation, mostly just us and our phone lines. Being in GK-1 means there’s always something happening outside. We spend a lot of time verifying details and making sure people are who they say they are. It’s a bit tedious sometimes, but necessary. We don’t have any fancy algorithms, just our own judgment and the notes we take. People come in nervous, sometimes parents come alone, and we just listen. It’s a personal kind of job. We’ve seen many weddings happen over the years from the matches made in this room. We don't do big advertising campaigns. Most of our clients come because a cousin or a neighbor told them about us. It’s a steady pace of work. The stairs up to the office can be a bit steep, but once you’re here, it’s a quiet place to chat.
