Batras Themes & Concept is located at shop number 21 in the Defence Colony Market. If you know the area, you know it's a popular spot for people to walk around and shop. We focus on themes and concepts for various events. Our back room is usually stuffed to the ceiling with rolls of fabric, wooden frames, and random props we’ve collected over the years. It’s never really tidy because there is always something being prepared or coming back from a job. We spend a lot of time talking to people about how they want their party or gathering to look. It’s not about being fancy; it’s about making a space feel different for a few hours. We use a lot of glue, tape, and staplers in our daily work. Sometimes the ideas people have are hard to pull off with the budget they bring, so we just have to be practical about what can actually be done. Defence Colony is a good place for us because there’s always something happening in the neighborhood. We aren't a big firm with a lot of departments; it’s just a small group of us handling everything from the initial chat to the final setup. We’ve been here for quite some time now and have seen many shops come and go. We just keep doing our thing, making sure the decorations are up on time and look decent enough for the event.
