Arwenstar Events

Arwenstar Events is located over in Ashram. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of traffic passing through all the time. Our setup is pretty simple. We handle event planning, which involves a lot of logistics and talking to different suppliers. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place for us to keep our files and meet up before heading out to a site. We don't do much in the way of fancy marketing. Most people find us through word of mouth or by seeing us working at another event. Ashram is a central enough spot for us to reach different parts of the city quickly. We spend a lot of our time out of the office anyway, checking on venues or looking at decorations. It’s a lot of physical work, moving things around and standing on your feet for hours. We’ve had our fair share of mishaps, like tents leaking or catering being late, but we just figure it out as we go. It’s not a glamorous job, despite what people think about events. It’s mostly just hard work and making sure things are in the right place at the right time. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s just us doing our thing every day and trying to stay organized in the middle of all the chaos.
