Aria Tourism India has its office at B-87 on the first floor in Defence Colony. It’s a pretty well-known neighborhood in Delhi. We handle travel bookings and tour planning from here. It’s mostly just us at our desks with a lot of brochures and maps scattered around. The office isn't very modern, but it has everything we need to get the job done. We spend most of our day talking to hotels or checking flight schedules. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait, which is annoying when you're trying to book something fast. Defence Colony is a nice place to work because it’s central and easy for people to find. We don't have a big sales pitch. People usually come to us because they want to go somewhere and don't want to handle the paperwork themselves. We deal with domestic trips mostly, but some international stuff too. It’s a lot of back-and-forth emails. We've been in this building for a while now. The landlord is okay, and we know the other people on the floor. It’s not like those big travel websites you see online. It’s just a few of us trying to make sure people's holidays don't run into trouble. We keep regular hours, but sometimes we stay late if a client is traveling and has an issue with their hotel booking. It is just a simple operation based on practical planning.
