We are based at B- 134 in the Okhla Industrial Area, Phase- 1. If you know Okhla at all, you know it is mostly a lot of warehouses and factories. Our building is just one of those. It is a pretty large space because we have a lot of machines and people working here every day. It gets very busy during the morning with shipments arriving and finished goods leaving on trucks. The noise of the big industrial fans is constant in the background. We have different floors for different parts of the process, like cutting the cloth and doing the final finishing. It is a very practical environment. We do not have fancy carpets or art on the walls. It is all about being productive and getting the orders out. The stairs are a bit narrow, and there is always someone carrying a bundle of fabric up or down. We have been in Phase- 1 for quite some time now. Most of our workers have been with us for years, so everyone knows the daily routine by heart. Lunchtime is the only time it actually gets quiet in the building. We have a small canteen area where people sit and eat together. It is a straightforward garment business without any frills. We do not use much marketing; we just focus on the specific orders we have. The traffic on the main road outside can be tough, but that is just part of being in Okhla.
