We are located at 119 Bhagwan Nagar, right near Maharani Bagh. It is a good spot in New Delhi and fairly easy to get to once you know which turns to take. Our work is all about finding people for different roles, which means we spend a massive amount of time on the phone. It is a regular house-turned-office kind of vibe here. We do not wear suits every day or act like we are in some big corporate movie. It is mostly just us sitting around our laptops, comparing notes on different candidates. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it is not as chaotic as the main markets. Sometimes we walk over toward Maharani Bagh for a change of scenery during our afternoon breaks. We have a small team and we have been working together long enough to know exactly how everyone takes their coffee. We do not have any big mission statements written on the walls. We just want to make sure the right person ends up in the right job. It is practical, everyday work. Some days we find the perfect match quickly, and other days we are searching through files until the sun goes down. We have a couple of old filing cabinets that have seen better days, but they hold everything we need. It is a grounded place to be. We like the pace of Bhagwan Nagar because it feels real.
