Eureka House

Eureka House is our little spot in Malviya Nagar, specifically in the Panchsheel Vihar area at 14 B. It’s more of a residential-feeling neighborhood than a cold business district, which we actually like quite a bit. It makes the whole place feel a bit more welcoming for the people who visit us. We’ve set up our office inside what feels like a regular house. There’s a small yard out front where some plants grow, though we aren't the best at keeping them watered in the heat. Inside, we have our desks arranged in a way that lets us talk to each other without having to get up. We’ve been working together here for several years now. We know the local milkman and the person who delivers the mail every afternoon. Our work is pretty straightforward. We talk to people about what they can do and where they might find a good job. We don't use any fancy software or big systems; mostly it's just notes and phone calls. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside and you can hear them through the windows. It’s a nice atmosphere for a business. We don't have a big corporate logo or anything like that. Just a simple name on the gate so people know they’ve found the right place. It’s just how we like to run things, keep it simple and stay close to the community. We usually wrap things up by seven.
