Wafflesome

You can find us at M-69 on the ground floor in GK-1. The M-Block market is always buzzing with people, especially on the weekends when everyone is out shopping or walking around Greater Kailash. Our shop isn't huge, but it fits what we need to do. Every morning we come in and start getting the batter ready. There is always that smell of sweet stuff in the air that lingers even after we close. We see a lot of the same faces coming through the market doors, and it feels like being part of a little community here. The floor gets a bit sticky sometimes, and we are constantly wiping down the counters. It’s a busy spot, and sometimes it gets a bit cramped when too many people come in at once. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just make waffles and try to keep things moving. The market can be a bit chaotic with parking and people everywhere, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Our staff is mostly just regular folks who live nearby or take the metro in. It’s a decent way to spend the day, even if it gets a bit tiring on our feet. We just focus on the iron and the orders as they come in. It’s just a simple shop in a very busy neighborhood.
