Vmmc & Safdarjung Hospital is a place that almost everyone in this part of the world has heard of. It’s a massive complex and things are always moving here at a hundred miles an hour. We aren't trying to be a boutique clinic or some high-end private facility. This is a big, busy public hospital where the hallways are always full and there’s always someone needing help. People come from all over to get seen here. It can be a bit overwhelming if you aren't used to it, with the crowds and the noise, but that’s just the nature of Safdarjung. We have doctors and nurses running around all day and night. The building itself shows its age in places, and it’s definitely not a place for peace and quiet. We deal with a huge volume of patients every single day. It’s a lot of hard work for everyone involved. We don’t have a marketing team writing pretty stories about us. The reality is just a lot of people in white coats doing their best in a very crowded space. You’ll see people waiting in every corner, and the staff tries to keep up as best as they can. It’s a vital part of the city’s health system, even if it feels a bit chaotic at times. We’ve been here through everything, and the doors never really close. It’s just a massive, honest effort to keep people healthy in a very big city environment and we just do our jobs.
