Apollo Hospital

Down here at A/109 in Shaheen Bagh, we handle things for Apollo Hospital. It’s a bit of a strange address listed with Madhya Pradesh but the pin code 110025 is definitely local here. We operate out of this space and deal with patients and families all day long. It gets very crowded, especially in the mornings when everyone wants to see a doctor at the same time. The halls are narrow and there’s always someone asking for directions or help with paperwork. We just do our best to keep up with the volume of people coming through the doors. It’s a lot of paperwork, honestly. You wouldn't believe how many forms need to be filled out for just a simple check-up. The staff stays busy, and we don't really have time for much else besides the work right in front of us. It’s noisy and sometimes the air conditioning doesn't work as well as we'd like on the hot days. We are just a group of people trying to keep the hospital running the way it should. It’s not like the movies where everything is quiet and clean. It’s real life, with all the mess and the rush. We have been in this spot for a while and the neighborhood knows us. We just keep our heads down and handle the registrations and the questions as they come. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do every day.
