Indraprastha Apollo Hospital

Our office for Indraprastha Apollo Hospital is located in Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi. This is a busy neighborhood with many houses and small shops. This specific location isn't the main hospital campus, but more of a local office where we handle administrative tasks and patient records. The office is pretty plain with white walls and a few rows of chairs for anyone who needs to wait. We've been at this address for a long time now. It’s always a bit noisy because of the traffic on the main road nearby. We spend our days answering the phone, filing papers, and helping people who walk in with questions about their appointments. The staff here is small and we all stay pretty busy from the moment we open. We don't have any fancy lobby or expensive art on the walls. It’s just a functional place where we do our work. The air conditioner is a bit old and sometimes it struggles when the Delhi heat gets really bad. We usually get our tea from the small stall at the corner of the street. It’s a very basic setup, but it serves the purpose of keeping the records organized. Parking around here is a real struggle, so most of us take the bus or a rickshaw to get to work. We don't have a marketing team or any big slogans. We just focus on getting the paperwork right and helping whoever comes through the door.
